• Submit a completed application for each team member and their advisor/mentor/facilitator.
• Submission of a 15-minute video of the team designing and building a Rube Goldberg structure containing the six simple machines (wedge, pulley, screw, wheel and axle level and inclined plane.)
• Submit a typed 1-page abstract describe the team project and its benefit to the community.
• Provide a letter of support from the sponsoring group/organization.
• Submit your team’s meeting schedule and workspace location.
• There is a $35 registration fee per team.
